📦 Delivery Timeframes

Our shipping process includes two stages:

1. Processing Time (24–48 hours)
This includes order confirmation, adjustment, quality checks, and careful packaging.

2. Delivery Time (6–10 business days)
This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our international fulfillment center to your door.

Estimated delivery for major destinations:

• USA / Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days
  Peak season estimate:

• USA / Canada / Australia: 10–15 business days

⏳ Note: These estimates do not account for possible customs or duty delays. Delivery may take longer during holidays like Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.

🚚 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (with tracking): Free on all orders

• Insured Delivery: Included at no additional cost

Your order matters to us, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. That's why shipping insurance is automatically included with every purchase—for extra peace of mind.

Coverage Includes:

• Loss, theft, or damage during transit (up to the value of your order)

Please Note:

• Shipping insurance is non-refundable

• It does not cover delivery delays or damages unrelated to transit

• Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving damaged goods, or 14 days if the package is lost

To file a claim, email us at support@petiva.co with your order number, proof of value, and any photos (if applicable).
